PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The SAP IT Order to Cash Leader is responsible for the overall global order to cash template and process for organization’s global S/4HANA program. This position requires business knowledge, direct interaction with global business users, and hands-on system configuration expertise of SAP functions supporting the Order to Cash process. Your role involves direct interaction with global business leaders and users, and with onsite and offshore IT resources. You will guide the organization through best-practice process scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing our SAP S4/HANA functionality. Use your functional knowledge of SAP order to cash best practice processes, configuration, and master data to standardize the global platform and improve business operations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance to the business on appropriate use of the SAP system through multiple go-lives and releases
- Guide team members with best practice process and data management
- Coordinate projects and reviews enhancements/changes to global template and blueprint using Agile methodologies and Scrum tools.
- Assist in identifying recommendations for enhancements and changes that may involve custom design, optional, and third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system
- Consult users on technology changes that will impact work processes
- Responsible for the design and management of interfaces related to data and processes within the Record to Report function.
- Partner with ERP solution integrator to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the system and validate overall design recommendations of partner
- Serves as a point of contact for power users and performs problem identification and spot training to prevent problem recurrence and knowledge transfer.
- Develop and implement testing scenarios – helps with regression testing at major rollouts and/or coordinates and assures testing on local improvement initiatives
- Support project management office and functional teams in the use of SAP Activate Methodology and best practices / Assures global sales model is followed and global improvements adopted.
- Create quality documentation (business process documents, configuration documents, process flows, etc.) and partners with business on keeping up global processes well documented
- Partner in developing and implementing end user training and materials for internal associates and all field locations
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field is required
- 8 + years' experience in configuration of SAP Order to Cash. Experience with S/4 HANA highly desired. Strong SAP SD experience with Customer Master (Business Partner), Material Master, Invoice and all SD documents with pricing, rebates, commissions and other functions. Solid understanding of the SAP Sales Process including all associated processes.

- Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international
- Strong experience with sales scheduling agreements, intercompany process, third party, consignment, STO, and warehouse management (EWM, WM) sales processes
- EDI mapping proved experience: inbound / outbound, ASN, JIT, scheduling agreements, standard sales, Consignment, sales confirmations, etc. As well as IDOC understanding
- Pricing and rebates process configuration and support
- LES – Logistics execution – TM – Transportation planning and execution processes in SAP and interfaces / use of external systems for sales planning
- Delivery planning / Scheduling, JIT, MRP, AATP, Contracts, STO, handling units, pricing, invoicing, output determination and FI impacts experience supporting it and training users
- Experience with S/4HANA in a global manufacturing and multinational environment is strongly desired; experience with S/4HANA and Fiori highly desired with full life-cycle implementations
- Global experience a plus (US, Europe, Latin America, Asia)
- Ability to multitask and manage workload with minimal supervision
