Key Responsibilities
- Discover and secure leads for potential venues, talent, and experiences to propose for upcoming projects, aligning with client specifications and budget parameters. Update our database to reflect the acquired information accurately.
- Conduct research and coordinate with vendors on a per-project basis
- Familiarize with the intricacies of the contracting, insurance, and permitting procedures to contribute to the administrative aspects of event coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of event documents, including inventory / tracking sheets and packing manifests.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Display a hunger for learning, as your input directly impacts your growth.
