Inventory and Customer Care Specialist | Miami, FL

Travel Required: Yes (to LA, NY, and Dallas every few months)

We have an exciting opportunity for our client’s progressive, flexible, and inclusive company as an Inventory and Customer Care Specialist for their luxury brand, creating handcrafted kitchen appliances and custom kitchen designs.
As the Inventory and Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the inventory is well-maintained, and our customers are satisfied. Your expertise in inventory and warehouse management, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will help streamline our operations and enhance our customer experience. This dynamic role will need to be comfortable working in a warehouse setting and, in a showroom, based on needs. The role calls for a bilingual individual in both English and Italian and comfortable with occasional travel to the company’s other markets.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory turnover.
Warehouse Management
- Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and distribution of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and inventory movements.
Customer Service/Satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in inventory management, warehouse management, and customer service.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Italian and English.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a warehouse and showroom setting.
- Willingness to travel to LA, NY, and Dallas every few months to manage inventories.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
