LHH is seeking a direct hire HR Generalist/HR Manager to sit on client site in Lake Forest, CA 5 days a week. Pay is up to $90,000/year. This role is employee relations heavy and experience working human resources within the industry of electrical manufacturing is required. This is a one person human resources department for a company of 100 employees and knowledge of all aspects of HR is required including but not limited to: benefits, workers compensation, recruiting, leave of absences, conflict resolution and OSHA knowledge.
Good tenure is a must, ability to multitask in an ever changing environment is a must. This position will report to the company owner.
