WOOX is known for its premium aftermarket gunstocks and accessories. We blend craftsmanship with superior customer support and are looking for a Technical Assistance Specialist to join our team. This contract-based role includes daily customer service, occasional product field testing, and consultancy projects.
Job Overview:
Your primary focus will be daily customer service, supported by occasional product field testing and consultancy. This remote role provides flexible work and compensation based on activity type.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Customer Service (Primary):
- Respond to written inquiries via our ticketing system within 24 hours.
- Provide expert product guidance, ensuring all customer questions are addressed.
- Return customer calls as needed, within 24 hours (live answering not required).
2.Product Field Testing (Occasional):
- Conduct field tests on products and report findings to assist in product improvement.
3.Consultancy Projects (Occasional):
- Offer insights on new product designs and functionalities on a per-project basis.
Compensation:
- Customer Service:
- $10 per closed ticket (resolved email conversation).
- $40 per hour for calls, tracked through our service platform
- Product Field Testing: Paid per project.
- Consultancy: Hourly or project-based pay.
Requirements:
- Gunsmithing Expertise: Essential for accurate technical support.
- Effective Communication: Clear explanation of technical details to a range of customers.
- Customer Service Experience: Preferred for smooth interactions.
- Remote Work Setup: Reliable internet and phone line.
