Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide strategic guidance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including internal resources and external partners.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure a seamless transition to Salesforce.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure that Salesforce implementations meet quality standards.
- Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to enable users to effectively utilize Salesforce.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager.
- Consistent track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong experience interfacing with senior leadership.
- Salesforce certifications required.
- Project Manager certifications are a huge plus!
