About the role
Where you’ll work:
Our Rothschild, WI location is part of our Foundational Technologies, Pharmaceutical division and is responsible for our biopharmaceutical needs for Kerry customers and brands. This site is one of two that works with specialized lactose protein within the Kerry organization! People may not realize we're more than just great taste when it comes to food and beverage products - we truly are committed to nutrition and sciences as well!

Key responsibilities
The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for about 20 direct reports and consistently uphold the Site Rules and Union Contract.
• Motivate and lead a group of 20 individuals on shift to deliver the Plan of the Day.
• Develop and maintain efficient SOPs in collaboration with the site engineers.
• Drive the Manufacturing hourly employee staffing schedule and overtime.
• Coordinate job postings.
• Develop and maintain qualified personnel within the plant production department.
• Communicate and enforce regulatory & Kerry standards within the plant.
• Drive operational initiatives.
• Manage the plant production department within budget.
• Present a positive working environment driving a continuous improvement theme.
• Work in collaboration with EHS Manager to ensure a safe working environment.
• Responsible for minimizing losses.
• Ensure food safety programs are instituted and followed.
• Manage production performance through KPI’s.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
• HACCP/Food Safety/ PCQI Experience
Education/Qualifications:
• MUST minimally have a BS in Food Science, Business, Engineering.
Experience
• 3+ years related experience.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
