Real Estate Analyst
Our client is the #1 real estate firm in its asset class located in Paoli, PA and growing! They are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join a very entrepreneurial team of real estate brokers. You will help evaluate deals including underwriting the investment and creating offer memoranda to potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Support brokerage and development operations.
- Complete offering memorandums and listing proposals for brokerage.
- Manage underwriting workflow and underwrite investments through building underwriting models and market assumptions.
- Perform financial modeling and other analysis for potential projects and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of student housing and/or multi-family experience
- Real estate underwriting experience
- Strong Excel skills required
