Job Summary:
The Director of Human Resources will lead and oversee all HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role is instrumental in shaping company culture, developing HR strategies, and ensuring alignment with Paradise Grills' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage and improve compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, insurance, and retirement plans.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Prepare and monitor HR budgets and reports.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
