- Cleveland, OH
- Saint Clairsville, OH
Role Overview: As the Transportation Engineer/Project Manager, you will oversee roadway expansion and improvement projects, drive growth, and support the development of the transportation team.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on services to drive business growth.
- Identify regulatory trends to position us as an industry leader.
- Assess and manage contractual obligations throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary transportation projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop project strategies, scopes, budgets, and schedules; manage project performance to meet company standards.
- Ensure project quality aligns with company and industry standards.
- Participate in professional networking and represent the company with regulatory agencies.
- Mentor team members and encourage a culture of engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience with ODOT roadway improvement projects.
- PE license required
- Bicycle Facilities & Enhancements
- Non-Complex and Complex Roadway Design
- Proven ability to lead project teams.
