Evergreen Theragnostics, Inc. is a radiopharmaceutical company headquartered in Springfield, NJ. We operate in a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, developing our own radiopharmaceutical products and providing contract development and manufacturing services for other radiopharmaceutical companies. We also operate our own cutting edge cancer research laboratories. The company expects rapid growth in the next few years.

We are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Overnight Shift, Sunday-Wednesday, 8pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility inventory lifecycle, including:
- Inventory procurement
- Cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Barcoding and labeling of all inventories.
- Proper storage and handling of chemicals.
- Segregation of rejected or expired materials.
- Development and implementation of material specification documents.
- Determination of targeted inventory levels and re-order limits.
- Re-stock laboratory and production area consumables.
- Coordinate in-house and third-party quality control testing for material acceptance.
- Continually maintain electronic inventory database, including:
- Conducting periodic physical/electronic inventory reconciliation.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical field and prior experience in radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
- Prior Inventory Coordinator, or other related experience in manufacturing environment.
- Position requirement- on site daily M-F in our Springfield, NJ facility.
- Strong team-oriented mindset and demonstrates ability to work easily with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while working under strict timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and to exercise judgement during all inventory and production processes.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Project, etc.) and experienced in working in mainly electronic record-keeping environment.
