About the Role: My client is actively seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their expanding Bay Area operations. This role is essential to support and grow their reputation for excellence in Northern California, building on a proven track record of civil and water conveyance projects across Southern California.
As a Project Engineer, you will contribute to key public works and civil infrastructure projects with a focus on water conveyance, including pipelines, storm drains, sewer systems, and potable water systems. You will report to senior project management and collaborate closely with the Northern California Division Leader, playing a crucial role in the execution of projects, with $100M in work bid over the past three months alone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of civil and water conveyance projects from inception to completion.
- Support project teams on public works contracts and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Ensure quality control and compliance in the installation of pipelines, sewer systems, storm drains, and other water conveyance infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong background in civil/water construction, with specific experience in water conveyance projects.
- Familiarity with public works contracting and underground heavy civil projects.
