Job Title – Employment Attorney (firm based for hospitality clients)
Package - $180,000 - $250,000 Basic salary + bonus/benefits.
Location – Hybrid/Onsite (2/3 days a week)

Role Overview:
Seeking a talented Employment Attorney who's has a proven track record in Labor and Employment law servicing clients across the whole spectrum of Labor and Employment. Servicing clients in the hospitality industry from small owned restaurants to large chains.
Responsibilities:
- 5+years’ Experience in Employment Law.
- Counselling and Litigating on matters for companies across the entire spectrum of labor and employment issues, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation; wage and hour; non-compete and trade secrets.
- Labor Relations experience ideal.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Employment Law.
- Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.
