Falcon Rappaport & Berkman is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate.

FRB is currently hiring an experienced litigation associate for its Rockville Centreoffice (with 2-5 years of experience) to join its Litigation Practice Group.
Qualifications:
- Required: 2-5 years of experience at a law firm or government performing work in litigation, including regular direct contact with clients and responsibility for complex matters.
- Required: Experience coordinating matters in New York State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, oral argument, discovery, expert development, and trial.
- Case management experience.
- Superior research and writing skills.
- Experience in Supreme Court in Nassau County or five boroughs of NYC.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Salary range: 120K-200K
