Responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes maximizing efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Is responsible for basic engineering support for manufacturing departments
Essential Responsibilities:
- Project research, justification, and implementation
- Conduct time and efficiency studies
- Analyze and recommend layout and workflow
- Review and recommend updates to production standards
- Research, recommend, and manage capital equipment projects
- Research, recommend, and manage automation projects

Education Requirements:
- Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in an advanced high mix low volume manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with a production environment and advanced manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Mastery of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
- Project management experience, specifically capital research/installation projects
- Solid Works experience
Preferred Experience:
- Visual Basics programming
- 2-4 Years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
- CMM programming
- SAP experience

The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,522.00 – 107,761.00 based on a full-time schedule.
Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At Syntegon compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
