Job Summary:
- The HRIS Analyst provides data integrity, reporting, system support, and administration for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves supporting end-users, analyzing data, and recommending process improvements while ensuring system efficiency.

- Generates reports, manages interfaces, and supports system upgrades.
Complete Description:
- Provides technical support to end-users by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving HR system issues.
- Proposes, develops, tests, implements, and evaluates system modifications and enhancements.
- Oversees functional testing for all HR system updates, fixes, and patches to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensures data accuracy through audits, maintenance, and process improvements.
- Manages data interfaces with other applications, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Generates custom and ad hoc reports based on specific requests and business needs.
- Oversees daily system maintenance tasks, including data uploads, adjustments, and creating locations.
- Acts as a liaison with HR, payroll, IT, and accounting departments for system enhancements and integrations.
- Participates as a project team member in ongoing HRIS implementation projects and improvements.
- Engages with business leaders to understand system capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Creates user guides, workflow documentation, and standard operating procedures for HRIS users.
- Assists in the development and delivery of end-user training.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Proven experience generating reports, templates, and documentation.
- Background in developing or implementing technology-driven process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with various business leaders and translate their needs into system requirements.
