Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

Our well-established non-profit client seeks a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support their team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience with a mission-driven organization that makes an impact on communities across multiple states. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys lending a helping hand to others.
This is a remote position for candidates in OR, WA, ID, UT, NV, AZ, WI, TX and/or MT
*Candidates must be able to work core Pacific Time Zone hours*
*Mandatory attendance required for the first three weeks of training.*
*Required start date is 11.25 *
Responsibilities
- Reach out to new and current members via phone and email.
- Send health assessments to members.
- Maintain documentation of calls and activities performed.
- Provide members with useful resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 1 year of call center and/or customer service experience within a healthcare-related environment.
- Exceptional customer service approach with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and accurate typing skills (35 WPM minimum).
- Ability to effectively multi-task and navigate through multiple electronic files simultaneously.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $19.57/hr. (DOE)
