Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Coordinator at Comprehensive Mobile Care. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for care coordination, case management, communication with field staff and facilities, and delivering high-quality customer service to our participants.

- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft and Excel
- Have prior experience in scheduling or coordination
- Must pass a Federal and state background check
