Pay Rate: $1604.96 - $1849.19
OT- Acute/ Rehab needed asap
3 Shift options below:
4 (10s) Saturday to Monday
5 (8s) Friday to Tuesday
4 (10s) Friday, Saturday (Off Sunday) Monday, Tuesday
REQUIRED SKILLS: EDUCATION: Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico American Occupational Therapy Association licensure & BLS certification required.
SKILLS: Demonstrates accountability and skills in assessment/evaluation, decision-making and time management. Should have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE: One year Occupational Therapy preferred.
NM lic required
RADIUS RULE: Over 50 miles from the facility per the DRIVERS LICENSE
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-NM
Certifications: BLS-AHA; OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
AND
Occupational Therapist, Rehab
Experience: 1 year
SSN Required
DOB Required
