Role Overview:
The Public Works Project Manager leads the planning, design, and management of water, wastewater, stormwater, and paving projects, ensuring on-time, budget-conscious delivery. Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee and support engineers, CAD technicians, and consultants; mentor junior team members.
- Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and provide quality control.

- Problem Solving: Address complex design and management challenges with practical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (Texas): 10-20 years of post-graduate experience, specializing in public works.
- Organizational Skills: Proactive with the ability to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with codes and procedures in the area.
- Detail-Oriented Work Ethic: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
