We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our new manufacturing plant in Milan, TN, dedicated to producing rubber tracks. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level engineer to make a significant impact in a growing industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the manufacturing process of rubber tracks, including:
- Process Oversight: Lead the setup, optimization, and continuous improvement of the rubber track manufacturing process.
- Quality Control: Develop and execute QC protocols to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Rubber Mixing: Supervise the rubber mixing process to meet specific performance and quality standards.
- Lab Work: Perform and oversee lab testing of rubber compounds and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
- Knowledge or experience in rubber manufacturing, QC, or materials science is a plus but not required.
