Job Overview: The Quality Manager will develop and manage quality frameworks and documentation for research, collaborate with partners on standardization, and provide training and guidance.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Standardize and streamline procedural documentation through collaboration.
- Implement a centralized document management system for research processes.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs with IT and Quality teams.
Primary Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in data integrity practices
- Familiar with electronic document and learning management systems, experienced in regulated and non-regulated settings.
- Excellent in communication, organization, and time management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently to meet goals.
