This is a highly entrepreneurial team, where there will be a the opportunity to wear a lot of hats and help lead the charge on some of the exciting growth initiatives. This person would be responsible for the origination and underwriting of new business, as well participating in asset management functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in real estate, finance, or related and in good academic standing
- 8+ years of experience originating, underwriting, and structuring bridge and construction loans
- Network of sponsors and brokers
- Self-starter
