We are seeking a Project Manager for a contract role from 11/04/2024 until 12/31/2024.
Must be located in Irving, TX OR Fort Myers, FL as this will require occasional onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate critical transformation projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Oversee core project management activities, including planning, risk management, and communication.
- Utilize Scrum/Agile methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage interdependencies.
- Drive discussions with business leaders to align project milestones with business objectives.
- Partner with systems integration vendors to deliver key project outcomes.
- Ensure timely data delivery to maximize business value.
- Foster an environment of agile decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in project/program management, particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives (1-3 years).
- Proven experience managing budgets of $3M or more.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and data warehouse initiatives is a strong plus.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions is desirable.
