The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Growth Enablement professional to join our team! As a subject matter expert on Depot Storage solutions, you will be responsible for training and supporting sales teams, maintaining commercial pipelines, and communicating Depot & First Mile sales updates to internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and expanding our Depot & First Mile sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Depot Storage solutions, training other Growth Enablement focals on the Depot value proposition
- Support new and existing Depot & First Mile sales opportunities from origination to completion
- Maintain commercial pipeline to support identified annual sales budget for Depot
- Oversee internal solution calls, including kickoff, pacing, executive meetings, and final reviews
- Communicate Depot & First Mile sales updates with internal stakeholders and executives
- Prepare First Mile collateral, including proposal documents, customer presentations, and marketing materials
- Monitor First Mile & Depot sales opportunity tracker
- Collaborate with Store Door & Multi-Carrier Pricing teams and external product teams
- Support First Mile contract and NDA process, including collaboration with First Mile Tech Sales & legal
- Effectively represent Maersk in interactions with external stakeholders, including customers and professional associations
- Ensure compliance with Maersk values and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience in Transportation, preferably in Depot Storage solutions
- Strong understanding of Transportation and Depot Storage solutions
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards
- Strategic visionary with strong Transportation technical skills and analytical ability
- Excellent consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven record of customer management and ability to develop relationships
- Ability to train, coach, evaluate, and mentor
- Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized and self-directed individual with a strong team player mentality
- Result-oriented, with a focus on driving results and success

Pay Range: $110,000-$120,000 USD*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
