Job Title: Java Tech Lead with Flowable BPM

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead/Architect with extensive experience in Flowable to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proven track record of hands-on development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of process automation and BPM (Business Process Management) using Flowable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications using Flowable.
- Lead the architectural design of new projects and enhancements to existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java and BPM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Flowable BPM or similar workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of other BPM tools and frameworks.
- Certification in Java or BPM methodologies is a plus.
