POSITION DETAIL:
With over $320 million in assets, Great Plains Federal Credit Union, located in Joplin, Missouri is currently in search of a candidate to serve as their Human Resources Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be charged with administering all aspects of the Credit Union’s HR policies and functions. Responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, payroll and ensuring compliance with EEO, ADA, OSHA, and other governmental regulations. The successful candidate will preferably have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a HR certification, at least 3 years of comprehensive HR experience, an exemplary understanding of human resource laws and regulations, excellent communication abilities, and effective project management skills.
