Sr. Financial Analyst
LHH recruitment is hiring for a financial analyst in the Boca Raton, FL area. Our client is looking for financial analyst with a strong analyst/accounting background. This analyst will play a pivotal role in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages. This is an in office opportunity with a great company that offers excellent benefits.
Responsibilities to include:
- Prepare various monthly and annual financial statements with related schedules, including variance analysis of financial results.
- Perform ad-hoc business and financial analysis utilizing various databases.
- Analyze financial reports and records, making studies or recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of the monthly forecast and annual budget with related schedules and presentations.
- Perform financial modeling as part of planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives, and to accurately capture changing business economics and structure.
- Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to, corporate division accounting including general ledger, fixed assets and treasury transactions.
You are a great fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a finance/accounting role required.
- MBA, CPA, or public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Construction experience a plus.
