- System admin background
- Familiar with Ipads and mobile devices
- Able to work and communicate with all levels of people - from CEO to Linemen (outgoing/can follow instructions)
- Hands on supporting first and second level technical support
- Basic IT knowledge
- Utility industry software tools - will be taught onsite
- Network knowledge
Day to day
- Hosted solutions for metering systems launching in a month
- New meters network gate ways
- Plug ins to sockets - network gateway
- Troubleshooting ipads and software updates
- CIS systems
- Will be working with the linemen to assist with basic IT capabilities
- Coordinating with contract support, tech support and contract vendors
- Will be primary contact for Help Desk - there are some members of the team that will be able to provide knowledge transfer
(DECE is also working on a new cyber security response plan - if they have any knowledge of this space would be a huge nice to have as they will be assisting with the project)
