Sr. to Lead to Staff Android Engineer - Mission Driven Health Startup

The company will pay a salary up to $220k plus annual performance bonuses (up to 20% of salary) and equity which could be very lucrative.
Job responsibilities:
- Creating enjoyable and delightful experiences for over 1 billion people.
- Designing, implementing, and testing new user-facing features.
- Making a big impact on the product and business.
- Ensuring user data is handled securely.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an Android Engineer (the more the better).
- Experience shipping Android apps.
- Good design and UX sensibilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience doing full stack development.
- Experience doing mobile infrastructure.
- iOS.
- Experience building high traffic consumer products.
