Configure, support, and maintain Okta SaaS/IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems.
Translates business requirements into design specifications and configurations
Analyze industry and technology trends and advise clients on Okta portal enhancement.
Manage the timely flow of Okta product changes to users.
Identify and analyze Okta trends and their implications for business strategy.
Create and maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Okta Identity and Access Management tools. Configure, support, and maintain Okta SaaS/IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems
Strong understanding of development best practices, continuous integration, source control, and code reviews.
Proficiency with modern front-end technologies & API designs. Support user management processes through Okta
Experience with professional software development experience with HTML, Javascript, Python, or other professional programming language(s)
Experience in troubleshooting related to ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data quality issues
Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
