Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:
Assessing Clients:
Observe and evaluate clients’ behavior challenges.
Diagnose behavioral needs to guide treatment plans.
Developing Behavior Plans:
Create individualized behavior intervention plans.
Develop behavior plans applicable to home, school, and community settings.
Implementing Treatment Plans:
Implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Ensure treatment is grounded in best practices within the ABA field.
Monitoring Progress:
Track client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client improvements and challenges.
Training and Supervising:
Supervise and mentor professionals with lower certification levels (e.g., RBTs).
Provide training and professional development for team members and support professionals.
Research and Development:
Stay updated on new techniques and findings in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Conduct research and apply new methods to improve client outcomes.
Communication:
Meet regularly with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to discuss the client’s progress and treatment plans.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the client’s care.
Qualifications:
Must have BCBA certification.
Experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
Strong communication skills to interact with families, staff, and community stakeholders.
Ability to supervise and train junior professionals in the field.
