We are seeking an experienced Finance Record to Report Mega Process Functional Lead Consultant to be responsible for designing, configuring and testing SAP and other third-party functions and module solutions within Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP), as well as troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems aligned to operations - and service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, business process improvements and implementation of SAP Record to Report Mega-Process: Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP).
Assess and lead integration efforts related to cross-functional areas.
Gather requirements, identify gaps to SAP ERP fit to standard, blueprint, configure, develop/customize, design, test and validate SAP Record to Report Mega Process including RICEFW required objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow).
Stay informed about SAP ERP/FIORI updates and industry’s best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
Implementation experience leveraging SAP Activate methodology.
At least 2 years of SAP S4 HANA/FIORI full life cycle Implementation experience including business requirement collection, business process analysis, blueprint development, gap analysis, realization, final preparation, training, go-live, post go-live support.
2+ years of experience in Record to Report Mega-Process configuring SAP modules: Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) including developing RICEFW required objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow).
Experience using SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management tools.
Experience leading client teams.
Experience interacting with client leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4 HANA Certified Associate or other S/4 HANA Certification.
Public Sector SAP Record to Report Mega Process experience.
Good knowledge of SAP ERP/FIORI security authorization roles, objects, and basic reports to troubleshoot missing authorizations.
Experience with best practice reporting concepts and delivering reports in a BI space.
Experience or good understanding of SAP RISE Private and Public Cloud.
