Summary:
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a project manager, you are responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and leading their execution to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will also serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to meet project goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Responsible for tracking KPIs such as On-time Delivery Rate, Budget Variance, Stakeholder Satisfaction Score, Project Quality Index, and Risk Management Effectiveness.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage project changes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and internal and external stakeholders’ expectations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing digital projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional
- teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with (digital) global project management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
