Our client or the "Firm" is a dynamic professional services organization that works exclusively with privately held businesses, investors, and non-profit organizations. The Firm is growing organically and through acquisitions with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, and almost 60 professional and administrative employees located across multiple offices in the Detroit area.
Due to the Firm's growth, we are creating an Executive HR position to partner with the President and lead all HR and organizational development. We are looking for an HR professional who is a leader, thinks strategically, has business acumen, and is a trusted advisor to the business.
As the HR leader, you will provide overall development, execution, and coordination of essential HR activities for an entrepreneurial, fast-paced firm that’s in growth mode. You will:
- Support both short-term and long-term objectives including growth, acquisition integration, partner team development/management, people development/management, and more for the business.
- Participate as a key member of the executive leadership team to drive strategy, enhance margins, and support organic and inorganic growth.
- Partner with the Executive team to provide critical business and organizational analysis.
- Evaluate, develop, and build an administrative, and HR team to support the continued growth of the firm.
You will have the opportunity to provide HR leadership across talent acquisition, training and development, management reporting, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, policy administration, and other administrative duties to support strategic growth.
