Staff Software Engineer – AI Start-up – New York – Up to $400k Base + Equity

This firm has completed multiple successful funding rounds, achieving unicorn status. Its mission is to alleviate bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the healthcare and property sectors by providing cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver a positive impact beyond these areas.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead by example, setting a precedent and bringing forward ideas to streamline operations and improve the experience for both your colleagues and the customers using the product you help to develop.
Role:
- Drive critical enhancements to the core software platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design new features based on customer feedback and proactive consumer engagement.
- Lead the design and development of software architecture and design patterns.
- Assist in attracting top talent to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering multiple production-ready products.
- Start-up mindset with a commitment to high quality, quick feedback loops, and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent knowledge of system design.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Compensation: Up to $400k Base + Equity
