LHH is seeking an Estate Planning Specialist for our client in Plano, TX. This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite at our client’s office. Responsibilities:
· Collaborate directly with clients to collect estate and trust documentation and other pertinent estate planning details
· Liaise with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers
· Examine various documents (such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Buy/Sell Agreements, etc.)
· Apply your expertise in estate planning to benefit clients and internal partners alike
· Oversee daily communications via calls with clients and internal partners
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in the trust/estate planning sector
· Experience as a Paralegal or Attorney
· Experience handling complex estates and a solid grasp of trusts
· Proficiency in managing confidential materials and information
· Proven ability to establish credibility and build trust rapidly
