This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office.
What you will do:
- Nurturing personal connections with advisors, their teams, and valued clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Become the go-to contact for advisors, guiding them throughout their call journey, taking ownership from the very beginning to the successful resolution.
- Expertly address inquiries about brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, covering a wide range of topics from assisting with new account setup to handling transactions and servicing needs.
- Empower our advisors with top-notch support, leveraging our cutting-edge technologies to enhance their efficiency and success.
- Efficiently utilize our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
What you need to have:
- Masterful in written and verbal communication, adept at engaging with a diverse audience in a courteous, professional, and impactful manner.
- Embraces flexibility and adapts seamlessly to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, thriving on new challenges and opportunities.
- Preferred experience harnessing the power of industry-leading tools such as Salesforce, Envestnet, NetX360, Docupace, RedTail, and more. These cutting-edge systems will empower you to revolutionize your work and take your career to new heights.
The base annual salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
