MUST HAVES:
- 2-3+ yrs PC/Desktop support experience
- Experience with walkups and imaging
- Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticketing
- Prior experience retrieving/delivering laptops/intaking return devices/ and creating shipping labels
Day to day:
This individual will provide technical support while overseeing the status of all incidents and requests, reporting to the PC Support Supervisor and the Sr. Manger of IT End User Support. They should proactively identify, research, and resolve technical problems. They will oversee configuring laptops for new hires and break-fix, image works stations, inventory of equipment, update tickets, mobility support, and any other duties assigned by the team.
