LHH is seeking an ERP Program Manager to join our client's team in a full time, direct hire role in Richmond, CA.
We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the implementation of NetSuite to be our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which will be the cornerstone of our multi-year digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business process optimization, technical proficiencies in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, database management, project management, software development, and possess the leadership skills necessary to manage all aspects of the project.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
- At least three previous experiences in leading the implementation of ERP systems, experience in manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with IT applications in implementing, supporting, and managing integrated enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.
- Ability to influence process design to minimize customizations.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and drive organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to align business processes with technology solutions
- Strong project management, financial and budget planning skills. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Monday, or SmartSheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to package and communicate project messages, gain business support, and drive vision and strategy
- Proven ability to foster strong collaborative partnerships between team members, vendors, and business partners
- Ability to balance creativity and innovation with practical, cost-effective approaches
