They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with an Electrical Contractor background to drive the successful delivery of these projects across the Midwest.
Job Overview:
In this Senior Project Manager role, you’ll oversee each stage of the data center project lifecycle, from planning through close-out, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining smooth communication between clients, teams, and project stakeholders to achieve timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Location:
This is a traveling role with per diem arrangement with projects nationwide, requiring on-site presence as needed. Current projects are located across the Mid-West
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with timelines and specifications
- Oversee site operations, including subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality standards
- Efficiently manage change orders, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts
- Maintain financial performance by implementing strong cost controls and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Must have a background in Electrical Contracting, ideally within data center construction.
- 7+ years of experience in project management for mission-critical or data center projects
- Expertise in project scheduling, contract management, and budget oversight
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional project teams
- Familiarity with software like Procore, Sage,Acubid or Viewpoint is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field is a plus
