Required Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
- Person will have excellent hands-on working experience on Oracle fusion Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud.
- Person should have at least 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud processes.
- Person should be conversant with the best HR practices in context of Oracle technologies like fusion – should have commanding knowledge over oracle cloud out of box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.
- Person should have excellent understanding of integrating fusion applications with external systems using various integrations options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Oracle Implementation certification on any of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud is desired.
- Candidate must be commuting distance from Atlanta, GA or Birmingham AL or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require 50% travel if you are not from same location as the project.
