Responsibilities: - Follow nursing standards, procedures and protocols to care for patients.
- Participate in monitoring, managing and coordinating the delivery of healthcare and providing progress information to supervisor.
- Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facilitys policy.
- Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
