Job Responsibilities
- Must understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Familiarity with NEC, NEMA, NFPA, and OSHA code compliance
- Lead trouble-shooting for equipment PLC programs to minimize downtime
- Create new PLC programs where necessary
- Design and implement control systems using sensors, motion control and feedback loops
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
- Capable to interpret and apply NEC, NFPA, and OSHA codes
- Familiar with 3 phase electrical power applications
- Experience with RS500, RS5000, Studio5000 and View Studio
- Experience with servo motors and controls
- Demonstrated ability with PLC trouble shooting, interface, and programming skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Must be results oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and provide guidance to others
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and prints
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $39.82 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
