Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled PLC Engineer to program and maintain automation systems using Allen-Bradley technology. The role requires expertise in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, and troubleshooting of industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming: Develop and maintain PLC programs using Allen-Bradley Logix.
- HMI/SCADA Design: Design interfaces using FactoryTalk View.
- Industrial Networks: Work with EtherNet/IP and other common industrial networks.
- Technical Documentation: Read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Drawings, electrical and logic diagrams, and design using CAD.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, with knowledge in low-voltage design/layout.
Required Skills:
- PLC Systems: Allen-Bradley, EtherNet/IP, FactoryTalk View, and VFDs.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical writing, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork: Adaptable to engineering standards and able to collaborate effectively.
This role is ideal for a hands-on PLC Engineer with a blend of programming and troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting.
