About the Role - The firm is seeking motivated attorneys with 3-10 years of experience in litigation for immediate and future opportunities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual who is ready to personally handle a wide variety of civil litigation matters from the outset, through discovery, and on to mediation, arbitration, and/or trial.
Responsibilities -
- 3-10 years of experience in litigation defense.
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service and legal advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Insurance Defense, Construction, Premises Liability, Labor & Employment an Business Litigation preferred.
- Must be licensed in CA.
