Hybrid Design Services (HDS) is working towards a sustainable future by innovating advanced energy storage and high voltage distribution systems.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate for this position will have min. 10 years experience with High Voltage system electrical engineering in automotive or defense industries.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Team in development of HV Systems (Battery Modules/Packs, Distribution Systems, etc.)
- Lead Team in development of HV System Engineering activities, including:
-System Specifications & Requirements Documentation
-DVP&R Documentation
-System Architectures & Schematics Development
- Support component selection & integration for HV systems, including Cells, fuses, contactors, and BMS.
- Responsible for hosting recurring weekly internal meetings with the team members to: communicate project deliverables and timing, identify resource, timing and quality issues/concerns.
- Support Customer Communication activities,
- Support component inspection, testing, and evaluation, including development of laboratory test plans, execution, and reporting.
