Business Systems Analyst, Magento e-Commerce
Redmond, WA
- Onsite – Hybrid Model – 2-3 at client site
- Mandatory Skills: Magento v2+ B2B & B2C Modules, Payment Integration experience with Magento, Agile based delivery

This role is NOT open to 3rd party providers.
ROLE DESCRIPTION SKILLS:
- Min 7+ Experience as eCommerce BSA with implementation experience on SaaS ecommerce platforms
- Min 5+ years and min 1+ Implementation and support experience of Magento v2.4+ B2C, B2B Modules and related O2C business flows of Magento ecommerce platform on AWS
- Min 7+ Experience and hands on experience with gathering requirements, process mapping, functional specifications and to generally help with project tasks
- Min 5+ Hands on configuration, creating new store fronts and licensing part of Magento e-commerce platform B2C and B2B modules
- Min 5+ Implementation experience with different Magento plugins available in Magento storefront or custom app and apps for Checkout, Payment, Shipping
- Knowledge and experience on Payment Integrations with third party payment processing companies Rootways Chase Payment like with Magento B2B/B2C O2C business process flows
- Must know how to setup Product Catalogs, Accounts, Customer setups, Pricing etc. and Transactions flow for Order Ackw, Order processing and checkout in Magento B2B/B2C or with Integration with ERP
- Must know typical patching and upgrade processes for Magento v2+ B2B and B2C modules
- End-to-end testing for Magento v2.4+ B2B and B2C business flows with ERP, Oracle EBS
- Working experience on Agile methodology and Sprints. User stories creation in JIRA Board
- Good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Local to Seattle area and work as per client work schedule and calendar
NICE TO HAVE:
- Have prior working experience on POS application and general understanding of integrations between systems would be helpful
- Deployment process of Magento v2.4 on AWS
