The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, change orders, and project correspondence
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are met on time
- Support the tracking of project budgets and expenses, working closely with the project management team to ensure financial accuracy
- Monitor and report on the quality and progress of work on the construction site, identifying any issues that may affect project timelines
- Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance on the construction site
