Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the QSR industry
- Strong track record of tenure and financial knowledge
- New restaurant opening not required, but a plus
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
- Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service at all times.
- Manage operating costs and expenses to achieve budgeted targets and maximize profitability.
